1. Who we are

CostPulse Hub (costpulsehub.com) is a website run by Muhammad Arshad Khan in Pakistan. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to CostPulse Hub and its owner. Contact: costpulsehub@gmail.com.

2. What the site provides

The site offers free calculators that estimate material quantities and costs for home projects and the running costs of cars. Results are estimates for general planning. They are not quotes, professional advice or an offer to supply goods or services. Our disclaimer forms part of these terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• Check measurements, product sizes and prices yourself before you buy or sign anything.
• Follow the building codes, permit rules and safety regulations that apply where you live.
• Use licensed and insured professionals for electrical, gas, plumbing, roofing, structural and other regulated work.
• Confirm finance, lease and insurance figures with your lender, dealer or insurer.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and business planning. You agree not to: interfere with the site or its security; send automated traffic that overloads it; copy large parts of the content or tools to republish them as your own; use the site to break any law; or try to click on ads to inflate their numbers.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, graphics and calculators on this site belong to CostPulse Hub unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page and share result links. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source page. Other copying or republishing needs our written permission.

6. Prices, sources and third-party content

Example prices are starting points that change over time and differ by country, region and supplier. Where a published average is used, its source and date are shown. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Ads are provided by Google and its partners, and an ad does not mean we endorse the product.

7. No warranty

We work to keep the calculators correct and the site available, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose, and we may change or remove any calculator at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CostPulse Hub and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the site or its results, including over-ordering or under-ordering materials, project delays, financial decisions or work carried out by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers keep any rights their local law gives them that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term straight away does not waive our right to enforce it later.
